It contains bioactive compounds like quassinoids (e.g., eurycomanone) that are believed to help boost testosterone levels and improve stress hormone profiles, though more research is needed.
• Guarana (Paullinia cupana): A climbing shrub native to the Amazon basin, widely recognized for its seeds, which have a high caffeine content (up to four times greater than coffee beans).
